What is EnvelopeCafe?
EnvelopeCafe is a printing company (trade house) that provides quality work at the absolute lowest price. We try to meet every customer need and we take great pride in our work.
How are you able to provide the lowest price?
This is something that we were able to develop over our 35 years in business. Over the years we have perfected a printing system that allows us to produce our products more efficiently than our competition. This results in lower costs that we pass on to our customers.
Is your work really as good as you say it is?
Yes, we have many checks along the production line to make sure that every job is produced with the highest quality. Our employees are very experienced and highly trained.
How is the customer service?

What is the standard turnaround time?
It depends what you order. If you order an item that we stock the turnaround is three to five business days. The turnaround time for non stocking items is five to seven business days. For more information please visit our Turnaround Times page.
What if I need a job rushed?
No problem, we will work with you to ensure that you get the products you need when you need them, we live by our slogan "On Time Every Time." Unlike our competition we do not charge extra for rush work.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we will drop ship to your customers. Our boxes and packing slips do not have our name on them. This is generally an area of great concern for many buyers so if you have additional questions with regards to drop shipping we ask that you call us and we will be more than happy to answer all of your questions.
What are my shipping options?
You may request a specific shipping method; otherwise we will find the most cost effective shipping method available. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy page.
Can I get estimates that include freight?
Yes, the website will provide you with UPS pricing information at checkout, if you think it may be more economical to ship via truck contact us for a price: phone (484) 787-0220, or email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to work up an estimate.
How do I pay?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What formats to you accept for artwork?
We pefer that you provide high resolution PDF files or EPS files with fonts converted to outlines. We accept the following formats: PDF, EPS, PNG, PSD, AI, JPG, JPEG, TIF, and TIFF.
What resolution should my art files be?
We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI resolution. We can only print as clear as the resolution that you provide.
What color mode should my files be?
For the highest quality results send your art files in the color mode CMYK with every color labeled as the correct Pantone Color.
