Return Policy
Returns:
Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for return. Returns must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns. You will be responsible for shipping any product you wish to return.
If you wish to make an eligible return, please notify us by phone: (484) 787-0220 or email: help@envelopecafe.com. Upon receipt of the return, Envelopecafe will issue a check for the full amount less the shipping and the 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. There is no restocking fee for exchanges that result in an invoice of equal or greater value. If the new invoice is less than the original there may be a restocking fee.

Printing Returns:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges of printed products unless we incorrectly filled your order. It is our policy that if there is an error and we are at fault, we will make it right.
If there is a printing error you may choose either a complete refund or we will redo the order as fast as possible. You may be asked to present proofs of the error.
